E-mail Tracking Instructions
E-mail Tracking allows you to retrieve the status of
your UPS Supply Chain Solutions shipments via e-mail.
To track shipments via e-mail:
1. Send e-mail to: TrackIt@ups-scs.com
2. You can track shipments by Shipment Number, Shipper's Reference Number or
Consignee's Reference Number. Simply include the appropriate keyword in front
of your tracking number in the body of your e-mail message.

Here are some additional guidelines on message content:
- The keyword can be upper or lower case.
- Separate shipments by a comma or carriage return (enter key).
- Each tracking number must be preceded by a keyword.
- Information other than tracking numbers preceded by a valid keyword will be
ignored.
- You may include up to 10 tracking numbers for each keyword in a single
message, for a maximum of 30 tracking numbers per message.
Here's an example:

SN-1234567890,SN-1234567891,CO-123 ABCA
SR-1234567,CO-123ABCC,SN-1234567892
SN-1234567893, SR-12345
You will receive a return e-mail for the following tracking numbers:
